This is a true experience, not just a business transaction. Sam actually measures your body -and spend time understanding your sleeping habits to provide the right options.

A true master in his craft.

You will not regret spending time here.

Do allocate a bit more time, as he needs to walk you through the process.

The moment I tried the recommended setup, the support and comfort felt noticeably different 😌

Choosing a pillow isn’t just about looks or following trends — finding the right level of support for yourself makes all the difference.

Factory-direct quality, plenty of options to explore, and you can try them out before making a decision.

Very good service/ advice from woodpecker. Focused on the issue my (neck) was facing and did a series of weight test, pillow test before telling me what pillow I need and how to improve my sleep posture.👍👍👍

Sam was super informative, and he was very thorough when it came to identifying which pillow is suitable for us. He was not pushy and is very detailed to the explanations so we understand why certain postures are good for us. Great experience!

The only place that I will buy my pillow from. Why spend so much to get a pillow without knowing the suitability? At woodpecker, Sam will take some measurement of my neck, head posture before letting me try a few pillows that suits me. On top of that, he will let me try on each pillow for 10 minutes, to make sure my neck and shoulder is comfortable. He even taught me the correct posture to sleep to reduce the stress and tension on my back. I did felt the difference on the first night I used my pillow. My neck feels like it was supported! Highly recommended! 👍🏻👍🏻

(Translated by Google) I've always had sleep problems, and the shop owner recommended a suitable pillow for me based on my cervical spine and other factors! It really improved my sleep. I realized that my poor sleep was due to my pillow. I've truly learned that expensive doesn't necessarily mean good; the right pillow is the best. Highly recommended!

I visited Woodpecker Natural Concept with a friend who was looking for a pillow, while I was mainly exploring mattresses. The person assisting us, who I believe might be the boss, was incredibly patient and spent close to 3 hours explaining the different mattress constructions and materials, as well as letting us test several beds and pillows. We never felt rushed or pressured to buy, and he took the time to answer all our questions and guide us through the options. My friend eventually found a pillow she liked, and I ended up choosing a mattress and pillow as well. Overall a very pleasant and thoughtful shopping experience.

(Translated by Google) Highly recommend this shop! The owner explains in detail which pillow is right for you 👍 First, they'll weigh you, then have you "try it out," the whole process takes about an hour. If you've been having trouble sleeping, I really suggest you come to this shop and get a new pillow 👍

强力推荐这家店！老板很详细讲解哪个枕头适合你👍首先会先量体重，再让你 ‘试睡‘，全程大概要敲个一小时左右。如果长期睡不好的话，真的会很建议你前来这家店换个新枕头👍
